I ordered the Phantom 4 pro+ v 2.0 on the 11th of May based on 1-3 days of delivery.  With great difficulty and going through the forum I found out that the shipping company is BSI.  Managed to find their english website and the unit has been dispatched on the 15th and stuck in Hong Kong since the 17th.  Since 17th there is no movement.

I raised this with Dji support but received the standard reply that I need to check with the shipping agent.  If I knew Dji uses an agent which I have never heard (and going through the forum many customers have raised complaints) I would have not ordered from Dji store.

It is sad that Dji can build a good product but uses an unprofessional shipping company!  Customer experience begins when the product is in the hand of the customer.
