I highly recommend to send in the unit to our facility or any recommended DJI repair shop available in your area. As they are experts when it comes to that part. They will notify you via email to provide a feedback and details for the parts that needed to repair/replace. We also do not recommend our customer to open the drone especially if it is under warranty, otherwise, it will void the warranty.
Thanks for your reply. Its not under warrenty but i could replace the broken gimbal arm and ribbon myself if i wanted too as i have the spare parts already. Im just looking to try something else by utilising the camera tilt control circult. Cheers |
