Hi all,
I sent my I2 back to the warranty repair. They have sent me a new one under the guarantee (not dji care).
Someone knows what now with new I2? Has been assigned to Dji Care (in place of the old one) or do I have to assign it myself?

Hi Monika.G, may I have the case number and new aircraft SN you mentioned? I'd like to check the exact status.

Hi Monika.G, it seems the DJI Care Refresh has been transferred, please check the status here: https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/coverage
