I was reconfiguring in DJI Assistant 2 after a flight an everything looked fine until the battery graph when to 0. The Current Volatge showed 0.  After diagnosing for a while, I finally gave up and did a factory reset with no change, the batter level showed 0 and the compass shows not connected (which is plugged into the PMU).  I then tried refreshing the firmware.  It completed with a failure with the following error:  1d00 PMU device is not connected.  I don't know if there is anything else I can try, please help!
