Hi everyone!
A few days ago I've bought an Osmo Mobile 2. Today was the first day to test it and... I have some weird issue.
I'm using iPhone 7 with dedicated app DJI GO. I chose in video resolution the 1080p 60fps option and went recording.
I'm now back home, just transferred all my videos to my computer, and all of them are 1080p 30fps!!
I've tested that issue once more now - 4k works, 1280p 30fps works, 1080p 30fps works, but 1080p 60fps records as 1080p 30fps... I cannot slow-mo it
Have I done something wrong, or is it some app problem?
1080p 60fps videos made by dedicated Apple camera application work just perfectly. On the phone and on the computer.

First thought would be to just uninstall and then reinstall the app and see if that fixes the issue. Since the OM2 doesn't hold any software its not an issue with that.

I have reinstalled the app and problem still exists.
In slowmo mode works perfectly.
Using default camera app also.

Sorry to reason this, may I have your current APP version and the firmware version of your device (which can be found in General Settings---About)?
