I just watched video on youtube  saying that price for the upgraded Phantom 2 vision+ will be increased in couple of days.

Further more, video is saying that new version is equipped with 4K camera recording. What is true of this ?

You wont get an official response on that until an official release.  I think your confusing the rumor of a "phantom 3" and the now released phantom + upgraded version.   The upgraded vision+ does not have 4K

That just what I did on Saturday this past weekend, preordered athe new upgraded Phantom 2 Vision Plus from  Drone Camps. Saved $$ before the price went back to the regular price from a week or so ago.
