When shooting in 30fps or 24fps, please try to keep your shutter speeds to just double your frame rate to avoid the jello effect. For 30fps, the shutter should be 1/48, or 1/50 if 1/48 is not available on your DSLR. Cinema cameras should use a shutter angle of 180 degrees.
