Coast pics always get my vote! It's the ability to take  a birds eye view of the cliffs from the seaward side that works for me. Some pictures over Dover harbour would be amazing but it may well be a restricted fly zone!? Having grown up near Sandwich I used to always like the view of the docks from the cliff tops!

I’d love to get some top down shots of Dover Harbour but there’s no way irs legal for reasons you stated and that the cliffs are national trust land so take off and landing there is also forbidden. There are a few fields further back that lead to some decent shots of the harbour but I’m not willing to get much closer as I don’t want to end up on the news for the wrong reasons.

Just the one by the harbour arm, where La Parisienne/Onyx used to be.

Thank you very much. It was a lovely evening for flying. No wind, no people and the Mavic behaved herself very well except for the odd ghost obstacle which stopped her in her tracks despite not being anywhere near anything.

Great shots, so beautiful, really enjoy it.

Thanks, in the summer it is a beautiful place. Miles of coastline to explore. I just wish the water was a little warmer.
