Hello all,
Today i am bought a next two battery for my spark and oné of this is wrong. Maybe. How vám you see on attached photos, the leds are still switched off, even when it is on the charger. when I press the button, nothing happens. is there a different option than a device claim? do you have anyone a circuit diagram where can i try to measure the voltage? thank you for your help and excuse my English.

Good day. I am sorry that one of your new batteries are not working properly. The best thing you can do is to contact DJI support so that we can check the status of that battery. Thank you.

Have you tried to switch it on? If this works, switch it on and back off again, then see if you can charge it. Otherwise, I'd put it into my Spark and connect the USB cable, see if it starts charging there. Or maybe it's just very low, and you have to leave it in the charger for a while, before it starts charging?

Do advise where the battery was purchased from and also post a picture of the battery label.

It is recommended to keep the battery charging for a certain time to check whether there is any reaction. If still no luck, I'm sorry that you have to send the battery in for diagnosis. You can start a case from here: https://www.dji.com/support

I bought a new battery and it was the same.  I had to leave it on charge for a little while before any lights started to show.  You'll also probably have to update firmware before the Spark will fly with it too, as i found out with my 3rd battery when I was away out to fly.

the battery is almost full day on the charger and still unchanged. the battery was about 12 hours on the charger that is in the photo and now is charging via USB for about 8 hours. also unchanged. the battery is definitely the original though it may look different in the photo. I have heard about some formatting of the battery, but I think that it is necessary to turn on the battery and put on the spark. the battery is almost full day on the charger and still unchanged. the battery was about 12 hours on the charger that is in the photo and is charging via USB for about 8 hours. also unchanged. the battery is definitely the original though it may look different in the photo. I have heard about some formatting of the battery, but I think that it is necessary to turn on the battery and deploy it. so I'm trying to find a solution in this way because there can be someone who has the same problem and maybe successfully solved. so I'm trying to find a solution in this way because there can be someone who has the same problem and maybe successfully solved.

"Formatting" the battery????   Never heard of that before.  From the pics you posted and what you're saying about what the battery is NOT doing it appears that you have a BAD battery, I would suggest that you contact DJI customer support, that is IF you bought a "Real" DJI battery, new,  thru a retailer.
