Dear Susan, I need your help. Why is my New Phantom 4 Pro having severe disconnecting  problems with my IPhone 7 plus and controller. But when i tested on Samsung old version. It was working well.
Any help. I just bought the drone two days ago.
And according to the shop i bought. They always telling me.. if any issues, its better for customers to direct email or find the answers or even any help from DJI. Because DJI will take months if the shop emailed DJI. They advise me to try direct for fast answer. I think this is bad practice. Thanks.
I even bought Mavic air which i was not happy with the gimbal smoothness and then i changed to Phantom 4 pro. but i was surprised that my new phantom having severe loss signal problems even at 100 meter distance.  so, i told them i will find and get the problems solved. so, i m trying it all my self.  Do you think...iphone problems or cable or what is happening..  i bought phantom 3 advance, than mavic pro, then spark and then mavic air which i returned and took phantom 4 pro. i am very sad.. thanks.

Sorry for the late response. Could be more specific about the disconnecting issue when connecting with two different mobile devices? It will be better to offer some screenshots or issue videos for the check. Thanks in advance!

Do you think, i have to change a new gimbal or the gimbal can be repaired. I dont trust much the technicians since they can say anything to make money. it happened few days ago and still happening. When i switch on the drone. the gimbal is not calibrating smoothly and sometimes it just jammed facing downward or tilt upward. Than the yellow warning appears gimbal overloaded. I already removed the caps too. then during the flight..sometime for few seconds the video is bit shaky than back to normal. What you think.. should i send for service to change it or can be repaired. You know..mavic pro gimbal is very expensive..thanks.

Just to verify, has the drone been involved in the crash or hard landing before? If not, you can refresh the firmware to see whether it helps. As for the repair, it is not advised to disassemble at your end which may void the warranty, please kindly contact the authorized dealers and see whether they can help you send the unit for repair.
