Two updates ago I noticed that my CrystalSky (9.8" H.B.) fan was not seeming to come on (I could not hear it come on) and yesterday (after latest firmware update) I flew in 70 degree weather and after a 20 minute flight the back of the C.S. was hot. This latest firmware update stated that it was to help a problem with heat management but didn't seem to help. I am concerned that the fan has failed but don't know of any way to verify that besides listening for it. Any one else have this problem and/or suggestions?

Thank You,

Ted.

Hi Ted, I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing. Could you please check if there is an error message in the DJI GO4 app? I still recommend you to refresh the firmware and try it again, if there is any further issue, please feel free to let us know, we're glad to help.
