My DJI Spark can take video but not photo. It will say that I did take a picture, but it's blank. What do I do?

Did you switch from video mode to photo mode?

Pressing the picture button while recording a video will not work.
Did you try to take pictures only?

Yes, multiple times in fact. I pressed the photo button on the controller once to go to photo mode and again to take a picture.

Have you tried using the option in the DJIGO4 app to format the SD card?  Spark doesn't always like formats that come from all computers and also the factory.  Also check to see that it's the right Class 1 SD card.  You might also try a different SD card to rule out any bad SD card issues.  Also is all the firmware and software up to date on the Spark, Controller, App, etc.?

Try taking the photo by pressing on the white button on your mobile device and see if this works,,

I formatted the SD card. It now takes pictures! Thank you for the help!

Please try to reformat the SD card to remove all unnecessary files. If these steps will not work all you need to do is try a different SD card to see if there will be a different. Thank you.
