I recently stacked my Pro 3 and have a 4k for parts, I am wondering if a can swap the camera from the P 3 4k over to the P Pro 3?

It sure could be done but will not be a plug and play solution, you would need to do some research on the way the firmware bins are packaged with modules for the different hardware and how to modify this information. When upgrading you would have to keep modifying.
I think this is  what was done to the aircraft in this thread, perhaps you can get some information from the ones that has made the modification through this user.

Mungus01, the camera of P3 4K is not compatible with P3P, sorry about this. Also, it is not recommended to disassemble the unit at your end which may void your warranty, please kindly note and understand.
