Hello everyone.
                 

I edited a project and suddenly the app starts to bug and is not opening anymore. Seems that I lost all my edited work. I can’t even connect my Osmo Mobile 2 to the app.

  

  

Does anyone know if I delete my current DJI GO app will I lose all my work?

  

  

I’m so upset with DJI GO app.  Seems that DJI produces great hardware but TERRIBLE software.  

  

  

Someone, please help on how to recover my editing work. I didn’t complete it. I was using just the regular saving function.

Sorry for the inconvenience, Yes, you are correct when the app has deleted the pictures that are saved from your app (cache files)  will be deleted permanently. Did you try to connect your phone directly to a computer and check if the files are still on your phone? What mobile device and version of your app that is installed on your phone?
