I had an incident with my mavic pro, he fell from a tree, he gives me ECM error, message in the last firmware, conctact DJI.    What would be the price of the piece and be fix.I'm from Laval,Québec,Canada a référence for a repair shop would appreciate ???

I take it you didn't have DJI Care Refresh? From what I hear prices are reasonable and it caps at a certain amount equal to the same cost to buy a refurbished Mavic Pro?

One crash is totally worth the price of the refresh IMO...

Once it is repaired you can still buy care refresh, there is a procedure for such cases. But first get it repaired and I wish you always happy landings thereafter!

Very sorry, I can't find the link for used drones now. Just contact DJI support, they will explain the procedure to you.

Im pretty sure you can still buy it when you buy used, I believe you just have to send them a video of it functioning properly to prove its working fine first.   Check out this page on the DJI store,   https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload  (Obviously for future reference) Sorry for your loss though, wish DJI would let you buy the part and install it yourself, probably save you a ton of money that way.
