I have a new Matrice 100 and trying to connect to DJI Go app. I try to launch the app and it crashes within 1-2 seconds of the app launching. I am trying this on an newly iOS updated phone X and Ipad 3. I tried reinstalling the app + restarting both devices. No luck either way. Also, I am unable to send a mission to Pix 4D even though I get a current conditon readout within the Pix 4D app.

Ideas?

Sorry for the troubles, could you please post your iOS OS version, the APP version and the crash logs so that we can escalate the issue to our engineers for analysis?
1. Connect the iOS device to PC with USB cable.
2. Open the Itunes.
3. Click your device name by right-hand button "synchronization"
4. You can click here to skip the backup step.
5. When you finish the "synchronization", check this address, find the crash log file.
C:\Users\[Your_User_Name]\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\[Your_Device_Name]\
Once you get the crash log, please upload to Dropbox or Google Drive and post the link here, thank you.
