took a few quickshots today, and tried to view them in the DJI GO 4 editor.
it said encoding, and the app crashed.
tried this with my galaxy s7 and then with a galaxy s9 plus.
how can i fix it ?

I have a DJI Mavic Pro. and the problem is with the quickshot videos encoding.

Try it again on an iPhone - it will work

I don't have an iPhone. I want to be able to use all of my drone's function with my device.

I have Samsung S7 and it works perfect, BUT I'm not on newest app or Firmware.
As I don't have MA I don't see the need to update and won't do that unless it benefit MP.
Is your S7 on Android 7?

I got a galaxy s9 plus now. Used my s7 because I did not have the cable.. it used to work on my s7, but now it doesnt work on both..
