My newly bought spark has an issue with its gimbal roll. it's tilted too much on one way. Adjusting the roll settings still cannot solve the problem, it still doesn't even out. IMU calibration doesn't solve the problem and the gimbal status on the main settings screen is "normal"

Looks like DJI it is!
If IMU and gimbal adjustment isnt working : Open a case

The gimbal moves freely, when Spark is off?
Does it move fully up and down (app/RC controlled), too?

Already sent an email to DJI support.

Yes, and pitch control works fine. The roll however is just too much.

So go fly only your P3 for a little more, then. ;-)

@10_Ray, you missed something,
Take off the protective plastic covering the camera lens and the forward sensor.

It's now fixed. I think the gimbal motor wasn't fully awake yet. lol

Did my suggestion do it? What was the fix?

Before my last IMU calibration. I tried moving the camera around its gimbal movement, making sure to reach its extreme points. It's like stretching your muscles, in this case the drone's gimbal motors. Of course the drone was off. Then I proceeded to do the IMU calibration and presto! It was fixed, though it needed a little bit of adjustment to get it really leveled. Hope this helps out others with lemony drones.
