I have had my mavic pro for about 8 months and flown it about 7 times, never a crash nor has the controller or drone ever been crashed or dropped. Yet today I just opened the dji portable case and noticed the black button on the controler, I think it's called the "five D button" had fallen off (I have never used this button). I have dji refresh so my questions are:
#1) Can I still fly without the button?
#2) Is it covered by dji on the Refresh?
#3) Should I send it in?
#4) what's the turn around time on this?
#5) why would it just fall off?
#6) can it just be popped back in place?

Sorry for the trouble you are having with Mavic Pro. Yes, it is 5D Button which is used as a shortcut button.
Before answering your questions, it could be put back to its original position. No need to send in.
