I want to confirm that my DJI refresh is ayivated as I am running out of my 48 hr window. Using the attached URL (screenshot 1), I have entered my aircraft number and the message that I am receiving back is screenshot 2. Does this mean my DJI refresh has been activated?
I purchased my drone through the DJI website and did not receive an activation code?

Per the screenshot you provided, DJI Care Refresh should have been available, did you check your spam box about the service agreement? If you didn't receive any email, the DJI Care Team could help you.
