In March of this year, I bought the farming package that comes with the M100 and two cameras (RGB and BGNIR) to analyze the health of the plants.

Last weekend I was trying to use the equipment and the BGNIR camera was not connecting to the DJI GO APP and the camera's fan was not working. In addition, the following message appears on the DJI GO APP, despite this, I have complete control of the GIMBAL.

I have already done the uninstallation and installation of DJI GO APP and of my cellphone, the RGB camera works perfectly. I have also formeted the SD memory card. I alse turn on the X3

Yea, I bought the same package about a year and a half ago.  I was faced with all kinds of questions I didn't understand.  But I think you may need to create an account with DJI and register the SSNJ of the flight controller installed in you M-100  

This you will have it for the valuable part where the camera needs to repair so netgear tech support will guide for the process where you will require to have the issue solved out and after that, the equipment will be connected to the app which will be having the best-using techniques.
