Good day support.


Many modern FPV cameras (Runcam Eagle, Foxeer Monster, Foxeer Predator, Runcam Sparrow, etc) on racing drones now support 16:9 aspect ratio. Also some 3rd party racing goggles/FPV helmets support 16:9 aspect ratio in addition to 4:3 aspect ratio.


I recently purchased DJI Goggles RE, and was dissapointed to find out, that analog video mode only supports 4:3 video. I use 16:9 FPV cameras. So, the picture from FPV cameras on my racing drones appeares compressed from sides.


Since DJI Goggles RE have 16:9 native screen ratio, please add an option in analog video mode, which will allow to switch between 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios.

Updates... yes.. that DJI don't want to spend few minutes on programming for something so simple to do. Even on the Goggles v2 there isn't that option. It would be enough to have a fill screen choice, then a 4:3 input will fill the 16:9 screen. They already have a zoom feature (zoom out only), so we know they can modify the live image... I just purchased the Goggles v2 and, apart from the main use (with a digital camera on a drone), they are disappointing in many aspects:
-the missing feature requested here (and this is big)
-the lack of a streaming output via usb-c for the iphone is so disappointing
-the OSD integration with betaflight still incomplete
-the lack of a HDMI input (or at least from USB to connect it to a computer for simulation, I need to use an HDMI2AV converter just to get a 4:3 screen which is unusable because it's distorting everything.. unusable)

Betaflight also added support for OSD! It’s a simple fix!

useless forum. better DJI remove this forum. they didn't realy listen to us.
