I'm using the iPhone 7 as device but I can not record the clips simultaneously on the SD and on the iPhone, if I use a samsung s6 as a device this happens regularly

could you use Quicktime player to record the screen? Probably less than ideal but depends what you want the footage for?

Make sure the option to record a cached version is selected in your iOS app.
