@ALABAMA, yup. Being the first time I've sent anything for repair, and having read about good and not-so-good experiences, I figured a recent timeline might help someone else. Hopefully, this falls into the "good"category, which simply means I want it fixed and returned in a timely manner. I do have one little concern, but I trust that DJI got it right until I see otherwise: The camera seemed to have taken a beating, but only gimbal components are listed on the estimate. I'm really hoping that the camera works as it should when it's returned to me. Other than that, so far they've been quick about entering it into their system and providing the damage assessment! Updates will be posted as they happen... Cheers!

6/12: UPS delivery at 2:23pm
6/13: DJI enters aircraft into their system at 12:05pm.
