Could you help me identify what factors could possibly make it harder for data to be shared between the flying aircraft and the mobile device?

I am using your SDK to create a mobile application. Whenever a picture is taken with the drone, our app is suposed to receive a thumbnail of that picture. However, sometimes the picture is not received. I checked the camera's sd card afterwards and the images were there, so it does not seem to be a problem with the hardware.

The hardware I use:

• M200 or M210 RTK aircrafts
• CrystalSky mobile device
• Cendence controller
• Z30 or XT cameras
