Did you try to connect at other place? Or change the band 2.4 or 5.8? May be some interference make issue happen. Last step is try to factory settings and refresh firmware of both drone and remote controller using dji assistant from computer. Hope this helps.

That's very bad, if you on iOS then try to update to latest dji go and try again. Hope this issue is fixed
