I am extremely pleased with the customer service for a replacement of my Mavic Pro under DJI care refresh recently. I crashed the drone into a tree in sport mode. The camera came off the drone and the gimbal was toast. The blades were shredded and the drone would not initialze. I went online and created the refresh express case, printed the prepaid UPS mailing label and shipped the drone back to DJI in California. It took UPS a week by ground to get it to California from upstate NY. DJI turned the drone around the next day and shipped my new one back UPS 2nd day air!!! Thanks DJI. The new drone is excellent and works great! Overall an excellent experience from my stupid mistake.
