I need someone to contact me regarding delivery instructions for order 0015082602925. I chatted with someone yesterday that said they would relax the FedEx instructions so I can pick up, but that did not happen and FedEx just tried to deliver for the second time while no one is home to sign. And there's no one to talk to on the phone at DJI to make sure anything is fixed. There's no way that this doesn't happen constantly; it's ridiculous to make people work so hard to receive something they paid for.
