I have successfully mounted my Samsung Galaxy S7 (with a spigen bumper) on a Mobile 2. Everything is fine, but:
If i make a video the Osmo gimbal is shown on the video on the right side.
The Camera on the Samsung S7 is more centered than on iphones and if i mount my smartphone in too deep i see it on the video.

Anyone Suggestions?

Hello. We apologize if you're having some issues with your Osmo right now. There's a possibility that the mobile device was in a wrong position. Can you remove the mobile device then do the gimbal calibration?

As you see the mobile device is mounted correctly. Because of the more centered camera of the galaxy s7 i can't get the mobile phone balanced without haveing the roll motor on the screen.

Are there any others having the same problem with galaxy s7 and Osmo mobile 2?

I see. Can you adjust the phone a little more to the left? Then the gimbal at the right so it will balance. Like the one in the picture.

Line up the edge of the screen with the edge of the phone holder, rebalance and you will have no more issues.  You may find the horizon is not straight but this can be easily adjusted in the app with the horizontal calibration.
