I had a self crack on arm on my PH4 18 months of life.
Dji replaced my aircraft for free.
Im really surprise for this.
The cost was not expensive,really less than other private repair center,
I spent nothing for shipping in and shipping back.Less than two weeks.
I'm waiting now for new one Phantom in monday and i will share with you all my experiences about DJI

I wanted to share with you a positive experience with DJI.
I found a crack on the arm of my 18-month-old Phantom 4.
Although the cost estimate was low, much lower than other private repair centers, DJI preferred to change my Phantom 4 with a new one.
I did not spend anything.
Aircrcraft will arrive on Monday with UPS courier with only 10 days of waiting.
I am pleasantly amazed at the seriousness of this company and I wanted to make it public.

Presumably they decided that it was a manufacturing defect, and under EU law you have a 2 year warranty for manufacturing defects, so they have done the right thing
