Failed so many times and then even the successful one failed right at the end, it swung off to the left for no reason and then had a fit turning the camera fully to the right, whats that all about???.... during the good part, towards the end, it caught up with me topping 35kph....

No music added, i had to use Wondershare Filmora cause Premier and AME couldnt import one of the clips, 1st time using it, my wee i5 doesstruggle a bit with 4k editing lol

Could be the colour of your car offers low contrast to surroundings? Maybe try sticking a dayglow landing pad on the roof

You are way too far from your object. In my experience, the object you want to follow must have at least 1/4 screen height. It also means you should not let your quad follow an object if there are big trees nearby because of the danger of an collision.

Fly safe, greetings Leif.

That is EXACTLY what my P4P 2.0 did last week. Only difference was the drone was only a dozen feet away from the person being tracked.

Active Track is an iffy procedure at best. It relies on the aircraft being shown an object on the screen, it must them attempt to track that object, which is very difficult to do. Having an object that is contrasty , larger and better defined will help, but I agree with Landbo, you are too far away for reliable identification.

Don't know, how can you get in the mind of a DJI Phantom? Maybe it just fluked it that time.
