im getting lag with my brand new dji phantom 3 SE...

anything I can do to fix?
I have a iphone 6s

Other than shut down everything you can on the iPhone, no. Try running it in airplane mode, or shut off WiFi.

ill try that,  ill also reset the IMU
my drone will fly in AIRPLANE mode?

or maybe I rushed to fly, recal the IMU before flight??
or maybe its to hot outside?

There is no need to recalibrate anything. It could be caused by heat, if it is hot outside, that may be the problem.

Hi Matt,
in what area of the US do you fly?  The airplane mode is good to save many power of the mobile but you must start WIFI for your Phantom manually on the phone.
The P3S and P3SE need WIFI for image transmission and flight commands in F-Mode too. P3A/P and P4 series have light bridge and dont need WIFI.
