I returned the Ultra CS because it was unresponsive and purchased a High Briteness last week and its not recording certain records in the App or the flight records which must be extracted from the device
I took a long flight which reached 25,000ft I received a "Aircraft Disconnect " and I hit the RTH button which worked flawlessly when the P4P reached 16,000 ft I exited RTH and flew back to the launch site but when reviewing the Flight Records of both the App and the internal the flight out too 25,000 was omitted and onlt the 16,000 ft flight when I exited RTH was recorded, this happened to me yesterday also but it was reversed the outbound flight was recorded and nothing after the copter entered RTH was recorded

No it happens when there is a Aircraft Disconnect or if you use the RTH  button , the entire flight is not recorded to flight records , Not cool
I flew outbound to 25,000 ft then had a "Aircraft Disconnect" it took a few tries rebooting the CS before I was able to exit RTH and this is the only record of the flight , the entire outbound portion of the flight was omitted from the flight record

The txt file in the mobile device is not interrupted "its missing, "  the outbound portion of that flight up until I exited RTH in not on my mobile device, your looking at the DAT file from the aircraft which is complete...It only happens when I fly using the Crystal sky if I repeat the same flight using IpadPro it records the entire flight " except for the interrupt.

Thanks for the clarification. Could you refer above and sync the flight records and tell us your DJI Account?  Not sure it is an individual case on CS only, we'll double check.

I ended up returning the CS because it has too many issues and is unsafe to fly with, is DJI planning to release an updated CS without so many issues ?

Lickitysplit, thanks for getting back to us. According to your description, we cannot confirm the exact status as there is no data to locate and prove the reason. Not sure if there is an individual issue. Also, we do not receive any news about the updated CS for now, if there is an update, we'll release on our website at the first time.
