I have a question. I send my drone for replacement in europe. I choose dji care refresh. DJI received the drone a week ago and nobody contacted me since then. I wonder why they call it express? Dows any body have any experince how long does it take them to send a new drone.

In my experience and on the one occasion I had to send a drone to the NL from the UK the whole process took 4 weeks but that was over the Christmas period in 2016. It typically takes about 2 weeks.
