I just received my OSMO back from being repaired in Texas.  I took it out of the box have the same problem I sent it in for.
The camera indicator light goes solid yellow as soon as I turn it on.  I tried the SD card they sent back with the OSMO.  It
took 3 weeks to complete the process, cost $270 and I am still were I was a month ago.

Hi, sorry for the trouble that it caused, are we done updating the firmware upon receiving the unit from our facility? I would recommend changing the SD card for us to possibly fix the issue as well.

So when a device is at a repair center, they don't flash the firmware?  Why wouldn't that be part of the
solution after the diagnosis?
