Hi

I am hoping this is a simple fix.........

I keep loosing signal from my Phantom 4 pro to the contorler. The picture goes green and black but i am unsure if this is GPS signal for just the controler issue?

Yesterday i was only flying at about 200-250ft within 150ft radius and it kept doing it.

Anyone know how to fix this issue.

Hi, Our apologies for the inconvenience. May I know if the firmware is updated? What mobile device or tablet are you using? Did you receive an error message?

How many sats are showing when this happens?

Green and black screen is a connection issue between device and ac, i dont think its anything to do with gps, what device are you using? it could just be that its not powerful enough to run the app
