Yeah, Indeed. I noticed it because I love  that effect, used it myself. Still didn't get to make a full video though because I haven't been in such beautiful places yet and I am still learning on how to fly smoothly.
Recently bought Litchi, too. Makes it much easier since you can put waypoints on the go and do smooth flights right after.

Here is another example of my videos. For smooth flight I just use cinematic mode and also reduce my gimbal speed to 10 and the stopping distance of the gimble increased to reduce jerky movement.

I know all about that.
Got my gimbal speed set to 8 or 9 I think. It's just I haven't had the perfect conditions for a nice cinematic video yet. I will do one in the early future though.

Excellent video at a great location.  I'm envious of the history your have over there.

You are really good with the editing and your choice of music is spot on to match the video.

I noticed the Dolly/Vertigo effect too, and it's spot on. But I also noticed that it seems the camera is tilted horizontally to the left so that the surroundings in some of the shots lean to the right. I might be wrong but don't think so.

Well, just take a look at the thumbnail for one.
1:36 - ruin leaning to the right
1:48 - horizon seems tilted to the right (I can be wrong on this one)

Looking through the clips its just those clips, the horizon at 1:26 is perfectly flat so I assume its just the landscape in those shots,
