Just to summarise the above, should you power everything up and see an "inconsistent firmware" message on the GO app, that's saying that the battery firmware is not in sync with the current firmware on the craft. For each battery, you should connect craft to PC and start Ass2, and refresh the firmware at the level required. Power craft down, swap battery with the next, power on, and refresh again. Keep going until all are done. You don't need to leave Ass2 to do each.
Edit: you may not need to do this for each new P4P firmware update, because the battery firmware doesn't always change within each. You'll know if you need to by keeping the battery facing you during each craft update. If the middle two LEDs start flashing, that means that the battery is also being updated, in which case you'll then need to also update all of the others. Don't worry otherwise.
