brand new Phantom 4 works great with iPhone 7 but will not connect to ipad mini using ios 11.0.3 tried everything need help

Hi, need a bit more info, like how old is your ipad mini, dose the app load on the ipad/, is it a green screen? how may applications are on your ipad, are they all closed while trying to open DJI app, the DJI app requires a lot of processing power to operate it.

The GO4 app has gotten pretty power hungry.

iPad mini is refurbished just purchased it, app loads no problem, I closed all apps on the iPad I only added about 6 other apps to it

Have had the same problem as you on the mini4. Can you get through to the main flying interface with the grey grid background?

gets through to main screen no problem just won't connect to drone, if I plug in my iPhone it connects immediately

Have you tried clearing the iPad Mini and restarting DJi Go 4 app making sure you are loading the correct Phantom 4 on the top left hand corner?

Turn on the iPad as normal. Then tap twice quickly on the home button, then swiping all running programs off the screen. This will clear the iPad memory and allow you to start the app from the beginning. Then choose your Phantom in the top left hand corner of the startup page.

I see. Might be the female on the iPad then. Can it sync/transfer data to a pc?

I sometimes have to boot the whole system up and then plug out and then in the ipad for the interface to recognize/recieve feed.
