My mavic pro is not connecting to the app when using the remote controller. My pixel 2 xl does recognize the controller because it launches the app as soon as I connect it but in the bottom left of the app says RC connected and when I press to see the image it says disconnected, I think this means that the RC is connected to the AC but not the phone. I also tried with another phone and it is not working either. Tried erasing and downloading the app, tried using the bottom USB connector and non of this seem to work. The strange thing is that when I try to connect it over WIFI it does work.

Go to settings and clear permissions for the apps, its most likely the DJI app does not have permission to use the USB device. I have had to do this.
