Hello DJI.

I have a problem with this connection. Any suggestion on how to fix this? I need to fly this on my trip.

So far i have tried these steps:

1. Reinstall dji go 4
2. Changed cables
3. Restart MA,RC and Mobile phone
4. Used the long cable and plugged it in under the RC port.

All steps was a failure.

I have provided you with the screen shot of my issue. Thank you.

I have exactly the same issue!

Did you see the status light on RC turn green to confirm it linked with MA? Are you using the original cable come with the RC?

hi, i used the original cables and rc and aircraft are linked. gimbal is useable but still the same issue cannot tap on "LINK WITH AIRCRAFT"

What is your mobile device model and installed which DJI Go version?

Are you connected to the small USB on the left side or RC or the large USB below?

I used the cables separately. Same issue.

I mean i used the large and the small cable ports. Nothing changed.

Same here tried both ports. Set to debug mode. Reinstalled app. Updated both firmwares. ..nothing. phones a samsung galaxy s4

If you use the large USB below nedd to disconnect the cable on small USB even it didn't connect to anything.

Check is the phone on support device list. Try use another device to connect with RC to see is it work. You may need to send it back to if still not working.

I can now use wifi. But still cant use remote. Any suggestions?
