I try to fly my mavic air in japan, every time I asked the tourist information they always said drone didn't allow fly in that area, for example in shirakawago the tourist information said all the village is forbidden to fly a drone. But when I asked the guy from yodobashi camera who sell the drone said just follow the dji flysafe zone. Who is correct?

You should respect the information for local authorities if don’t want to get any trouble. The App only show NFZ published. But there may be local law or other regulations which the App can’t show. I heard in some Middle East country photo with others people can cause privacy problem. Even the people on photo just a small dots and can’t see the face.

There are typically three laws that governs drones:
Aviation
Privacy
Trespass
You need to ensure not to break all three of them.

You should have drone regs stated on a public website by the Japanese aviation authority that control your airspace - I would check there first.
