Does anyone know how long it takes for DJI to look at my Mavic Pro that has a Gimbal Overload and is under warranty. It was received in the Neatherland yesterday but don’t appear to be scanned in yet ?
I did email DJI to be told that they received it and will let me know when it’s scanned in, not really the answer I was looking for ......
