Dose anyone know where to pick up a replacement controller. Mine is not transferring video to phone. I tried replacing cables with Belcan and Ancor. I also purchase a new iPhone 6s Plus used for drone only. The only app is the DJI Go 4. I have had the drone for less than 60 days. The drone purchaser was made online in the Philippines.

Your remote could be faulty and should be replaced under warranty. Your problem is now that you have to send it back to Philippines to exchange it because warranty does not work through different countries.
You should open a ticket at DJI and see what they say.

I have contacted the DJI store in Manila. I was told that they only service DJI remote Control’s purchased in there store.

I have not seen a DJI Mavic Air Remote Controller sold by DJI Online Store, as the reason is until the 1 year MA anniversary it's likely the RC won't be offered individually until of course enough demand surfaces with people who have a faulty controller not due to manufacturers defect?

Thanks for all suggestions. Ebay to the rescue. I am going to Hong Kong in September and will have my remote looked at. A back up is always a good thing.

Yep, Ebay is the best place for MA RC's until DJI sell them separately.

Which version of the DJI Fly app are you using?
Make sure to update to the latest V1.9.9 update, they fixed some issues there. Additionally, restart your drone and controller.

If this doesn't work, then maybe connect your drone via USB to a computer running "DJI Assistant for Consumer Drones" software.
