So a new Skypixel contest.  Not much point if every time I try to upload a video from my PC to Skypixel it fails to upload.  The upload clock spins until it hits 100% and then instantly states "Upload Failed, Try Again".  For me its been this way for months.  Sent Feedback to admins a number of times.
To top it off Skypixel can no longer link to YouTube or Vimeo.   I guess Skypixel has become an Epic failure.

Let me know if this is a problem for you.

I can upload a 400MB file in a few minutes but as soon as the counter hits 100 its game over.  I have not had a successful PC upload in at least six months.Are you successful uploading from a PC?

Same here - it uploads at a slow but steady pace on my MacBook then goes into a processing state and can stay like that for up to half an hour then fails or successfully completes the process - 50/50 chance - plus most of my files are in GB's . I've given up uploading vids now. I thought it was my MB Air causing it but quite a few have the same issue.

Gonna try and upload a file.  Will report back.  

It just let me upload a 6Mb Pano.

Is it failing at smaller files as well?  What browser have you tried in?  I just tried using latest Google Chrome Version 67.0.3396.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)

It worked within seconds.  Here is what I would try.  Use chrome make sure is updated and clear chrome cache.  Did not drag file there but used the file browser to add .jpg file.  Have only tried smaller file though.  will try larger one.

I'm using the latest Chrome browser on a 64bit Win7 Pc.  Photos and 360 Panos always work, videos, never.  I've tried short videos and compressed them down to 3mbps with no luck.

Ok so videos never work.  The photos are fine?  I will try a video and report back.  Sorry did not understand fully what was and not working.

That is for a pic. For a video much larger.  Uploading a 153MB file now.  At the Video is Compressing part now.

Uploading a 360 pano for the last 10 minutes, 11.5MB just spins and spins, had no problem with a normal pano. Just says processing.

Sorry got off track, I was referring to still photos and Pano's, 360's and videos do not upload for me as well.

Yeah, I don't use it for stills as just upload direct from iOS photos.

No I never get to the compressing part.  The upload clock is even goes to tens of percent,  99.1, 99.2 etc.  As soon as it read 100% it's says "Failed to Upload, Try again"

The only way I have got a video on Skypixel is by sharing it from the GO4 app.  They used to have linking from YouTube and Vimeo but that's gone for a while now.

When sharing a video with GO4 I have found data rate is very important.  Once posted videos typically have a data rate of 3 to 4 mbps.  That's a far cry from what we record at which is typically 60 to 100 mbps.  Then there also is a maximum file size SP will accept.

Well I managed to upload a 10 second asteroid shot from the miroSD card using my PC.  Still took time to compress which is surprising considering the data rate was only 3.6mbps.

My guess is their server's were never meant to handle the amount of traffic/processing they are now getting.  Sure before too many used it but now more and more use it with their drones it just seems they are in need of some serious server upgrades.  Over 2 hours still processing this upload lol.

I also have trouble uploading to sky pixel, most times I just get fed up.

I assume my video is not going to finish it has been stuck on compressing video for the last more than 5 hours now.  haha.  what a joke.

Yeah like I said it took a VERY long time.  Like more than 12 hours long.  Not sure exactly how long cause I woke up next morning and to my suprise actually completed.  This tells me their servers are just overloaded.  They need serious upgrades.
