We've been using Inspire 2 since its release without issues. We are a state government entity in South Florida. Yes heat always an issue when flying, expecially out in the Everglades. Just in last week, we've had to abort flights with iPad Pro overheating and we only have LOS and thankfully RTH. There's a lot of thought on remedies that focus on the bird, batteries, RC or the tablet. We do our due diligence of keeping eqauipment in a cold AC 4-wheel truck and there is time for cool down between flights. However, after equipment has been in AC for hours, 4 minutes in to next flight iPad Pro overheats and we're done. Is it because iPad Pro has an AT&T Cellular connection? Is it location services causing overheating? Is airplane mode the solution to prevent these episodes. I'm most intriqued as to what DJI recommendations should be for flying with an Inspire 2

It's likely to be the app causing the issue.

Downgrade to an earlier version to see if that works.
