Just had backlight go on my Crystal Sky had probably 2 hours use total, flying Mavick Pro today and screen went black after only 15 minutes use, nearly lost craft, shine torch on screen can see it is on, no backlight, very dissappointing considering an expensive item, Not Happy....

That sucks. Is the warranty still active? yes i know that's not what you want happening, you want to use it NOW! I totally understand.

Please fully charge the Crystalsky, then restart it and try it again, at the same time, please check if there is an error message? If yes, please show us a screenshot. We'll look into it.
