I want to fly my drone in 2,4 Ghz but i am not able to switch from my regular 5,8 Ghz. I can change the settings and when it wants to reconnect it stays disconnected. Tried different things but nothing helps

Hi and thanks for reaching DJI Forum, we do apologize if you are having problems of switching to 2.4Ghz from the 5.8Ghz, may we know what is the mobile device that you are currently using?
