Finally! The Ronin S is in stock again. I ordered it just right after the in stock reminder mail! My order number is 3858907690549. Do you know maybe if i will be able to get it by 26 of july? I am filming a wedding in France, Bordeaux and also after that a Super vlog Trip around it reaching also Portugal and Porto! It would be great if i could get it by than so i can post the vlogs and review on my youtube channel with more than 15K subscribers. I am a Select member

Just contacted B&H about my order from June 24th (a month ago). They say they have no idea when the Ronin S will ship to them. Can anyone from DJI PLEASE RESPOND HERE? Can you give us any idea as to when the products we've paid for will ship?

Has anyone who lives in Europe recieved the Ronin S? Seems like all orders are going to USA. Europe seems to be lower priority .
Kevin89, the one who started this thread has already gotten his Ronin S shipped (29th June). Seems like he has ordered in USD, so i'm guessing that it is USA.

I have received my Ronin S like 3 weeks ago. I live in The Netherlands, placed my order on May 30 (payment was confirmed on the same day)

All I see is people getting their Ronin-S while I still wait for mine.
I ordered it more than a month ago at Fnac in France, because dji store was out of stock.
Fnac announced a delivery for july 19th but it wasn’t even shipped on that day.
The availability on the Fnac website has changed from a « shipping today » to a « shipping in 4 to 12 days if available », and then to « shipping on 08.21 ».
So I called them to check what was going on with my order, they answered that they had absolutely no news from DJI so they couldn’t tell me when I’ll get my order.

Then I tried that official forum and was really surprised to see that the Ronin-S has been back in stock 2 weeks ago while people are still waiting their order !! That’s clearly unacceptable.

I work as a freelance and need that stuff for the next contracts I got on September. I don’t even know if I’ll get it on time. If I don’t get it, I’ll have to cancel the contracts, very professional... and of course I’ll lose money.

I ordered it sooner to get it on time. I payed it, and still waiting because DJI don’t send stock to the resellers.
We are the same customers as the ones who ordered on Dji store, we deserve our orders too, we payed it !

Exact same message from Danish resellers, although one attempts at an answer and says early september. The 3rd or there about.

Too bad the level of communication is so poor

FYI

My order changed status earlier today (ordered on 7/10) which should mean it was sent to the shipping distribution center. I should be getting my tracking number hopefully in a day or two.

Can't wait!

I have been waiting on my order from B&H for a week now (Not to Compare with you). From the jump, I couldn't get too much information from DJI or B&H. I have been Calling every day sometimes twice a day to see if someone would get me the information I need. WHERE IS MY RONIN!!! why would they sell the product they don't have.....??? How are they still pre-ordering a product that was released months back? but anyways can go on all day on this sh*ty roll out of the ronin s. DJI really dropped the ball. SO! this Morning I noticed DJI starting selling the RONIN S again.  I brought another one directly from DJI with 10-15 days of shipment to my home. B&H are still fulfilling orders from June and were in August (a Few Hours away). So ill cancel which ever one takes the longest to ship.

DANG, i was hoping to get mine in a couple of weeks since i booked a couple of video gigs for mid august and my feiyutech a2000 got the jitters and its mostly unuseable. so i ordered as soon as i received the back in stock email on 7-31-18 order #0012007799548 , it is really sad to see that people who ordered all the way back in may/june still waiting for theirs. now i know that i definitely won't be getting mine anytime soon SMH. c'mon DJI, get it together!
