20th business day for me...I've just been in contact and they told me my order was supposed to be shipped today but the Ronin S is out of stock. Absolutely ridiculous!

UPDATE : out of stock so won't ship until around 15th August. Which will be 36 days after ordering! And only £10 compensation, they make me a fool!

Same here !
All I see is people getting their Ronin-S while I still wait for mine.
I ordered it more than a month ago at Fnac in France, because dji store was out of stock.

In the same boat here.
I ordered first week of June in Montreal Canada ( retailer Gosselin )
And they have been giving the run around for 2 months now.
Considering DJI is completing order through there store means 1 thing.
The are profit hungry. Not paying the retailer there percentage and forcing everyone to order through there platform....
I am probably canceling my order today and buying a crane 2 .

Hi DJI Team. I ordered a Ronin-S on 11th July (order number 0449081200991) and it still hasn't been shipped 26 days later (I was told it would me a maximum of 25 days).
Please can you update me on the status of my item. I purchased it specifically to use on a trip this week.

I ordered from B&H photo on June 22nd and it got shipped yesterday along with an order I placed at Best Buy on July 4th. It looks like Best Buy has a good amount of stock for those still looking.

This is sounding really scary, i ordered mine 5 days ago and i'm just hoping i don't run into these issues thus by the looks of it, i should receive mine on August 29, 2018 or September 2, 2018. My Order Number:  0010385529970

But Needless to say i'm just Really concerned, if this is still a issue 3 weeks from now... then wow. i'll be back pretty upset. I'm sorry DJI but by the looks of these comments of course i'm gonna be nerves.

I'm in the same boat, my order number is  0015092088927,  Judging by the comments i'll be getting mine around 9/5.

Hello @DJIMindy I purchased my Ronin-S July 31 and at that time estimated shipping was 5-10 business days.  Now the website says estimated shipping is 20-25 business days.  Will I still fall under my old 5-10 business day shipment? Why I ask is because it just came due - 0019321040882

Highly doubtful at this point.  I ordered mine 12 Business Days ago.  I love DJI, but it looks as though we are financing their builds and/ or they are vastly over promising on their shipping dates.

I wonder if this is the main reason the Mavic 2 was delayed, my hope is they are building a stockpile so when they go on sale, they will have ACTUAL stock to sell.

I ordered mine also from Best buy. I ordered on Wednesday and I got it next day. I ordered originally from BH Photo back in June and from the DJI Store in July but never got either.

Anyone else notice that you can no longer order the Ronin S on the site, its a email me when in stock. Wonder if thats going to postpone deliveries even further

So I ordered through our local camera store chain mind you not a mom and pop on June 21st I was the 4th person to pre order at this location (corp office) They received 3 Ronin s on 7.27.2018 that has left me next inline for over a MONTH now So in grand total I paid in full for a piece of gear  2 months and have had to resort to renting other gimbles for the jobs I have booked What is the hold up? Hows about you fill the orders you have before you start taking more I saw that people who ordered via Djis website as late as August have theres already
